MLI DONATES MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO MULAGO NATIONAL REFERRAL HOSPITAL

In a gesture of solidarity and support for the healthcare sector, the Makerere University Lung Institute (MLI) has donated a significant batch of medical supplies to the Mulago National Referral Hospital. This generous contribution is aimed at bolstering the hospital’s capacity to manage and treat patients more effectively.

The donated supplies include:

  • Ventolin Nebules
  • Diazepam 5mg/ml (2ml):
  • Paracetamol IV
  • Omeprazole IV
  • Epinephrine 1mg/ml
  • Examination Gloves

Prof. Bruce Kirenga, the director of Makerere University Lung Institute, highlighted the significance of this donation: “We recognize the pressing needs faced by our healthcare facilities and are committed to supporting them in any way we can. Our hope is that these supplies will make a tangible difference in the care provided to patients at Mulago National Referral Hospital.”
