Fellows – Makerere University Lung Institute

These 12-month research fellowships provide outstanding opportunities for highly motivated doctoral students and postdocs to experience research training at research sites in Uganda.

Each year the fellowships begin with an intensive orientation program at the MLI Institute, followed by mentored research training at international partner institutions. Postdoctoral trainees and doctoral students from partner countries in the lung health professions are eligible to apply.
